**Description:** The objective of our Maintenance department within the institution is to provide all members and visitors with access to safe, comfortable, and functional temples and buildings. Responsibilities Install, assemble, and commission refrigeration and air conditioning equipment; Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including repairs and replacement of parts; Evaluate and size locations for installation of refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning equipment; Specify materials and accessories and install refrigeration and ventilation equipment; Install duct branches, assemble refrigeration piping, and apply vacuum to refrigeration systems; Charge refrigeration systems with refrigerant fluid; Work with various types of equipment, such as split air conditioners, inverter units, chillers, among others; Accurately diagnose problems in refrigeration equipment. Requirements NR35 and NR10 certifications must be current; Relevant work experience required; Driver’s license Category B; Willingness to travel within the state; Technical course in Refrigeration.
