JOB DESCRIPTION (RESPONSIBILITIES) * Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective interventions on installations, equipment, and accessories of the air conditioning system; * Periodically inspect equipment and accessories comprising the air conditioning, ventilation, and exhaust systems; * Identify potential and imminent risks, record them, and implement applicable preventive actions, whether or not specified in the maintenance plan; * In case of failures, immediately contain or correct them, or, when necessary, notify the resident team supervisor; * Respond to user service requests; * Perform other tasks of the same nature as those described above and of comparable complexity appropriate to the role; Main Requirement: Relevant experience in this position.
