Job Summary: We are seeking a Technician for preventive and corrective maintenance of printers, with both internal and external client support and assistance at events. Key Highlights: 1. Installation and configuration of equipment A technology and printing equipment company is looking for a Technician to work at its Belo Horizonte branch. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on small- and large-format printers * Conduct internal and external technical support * Interact directly with clients, meeting deadlines and technical standards * Prepare service reports * Install, configure, and instruct clients on equipment usage * Support participation in trade fairs and events when required **Requirements:** * Technical education in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrotechnics, Industrial Automation, or Mechanics * Experience in printer maintenance * Experience in external technical support * Availability for travel * Intermediate English proficiency * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Experience with editing software is a plus * Technical certification is a plus **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday **Location:** Belo Horizonte/MG **Work Model:** On-site with external assignments Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) permanent position Compensation: R$1\.870,65 \- R$3\.342,81 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Education allowance * Life insurance * Food voucher * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Questions: * What is your expected salary? * Do you hold a technical qualification in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrotechnics, Industrial Automation, or Mechanics? * Do you have proven experience in maintaining small- or large-format printers? * Have you previously provided external technical support to clients? * Are you available for frequent travel? * What is your level of English proficiency?
