JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in controlling maintenance activities for equipment; Manage preventive and corrective maintenance services; Monitor equipment performance; Coordinate budget estimate requests with suppliers through defined internal processes; Evaluate and follow up on budget-related processes required by the branch; Carry out tasks as specified in operational controls; Alert your supervisor upon identifying any non-conformity; Support the Coordinator in ensuring provision of resources and support to achieve objectives and targets of the Integrated Management System; Be familiar with and comply with significant environmental aspects and impacts associated with your area; Work in accordance with the Integrated Management System standards (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality); Contribute to the company's socio-environmental performance by collaborating and actively participating in matters related to environment and occupational safety; KNOWLEDGE: Microsoft Office Suite Administrative routines Maintenance knowledge Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) Driver's License: Category B * VR Card * Life Insurance * Commuter Allowance * Medical Plan * Dental Plan * TotalPass
