




The maintenance and renovation mason is the professional responsible for performing masonry, repair, construction, and renovation services on buildings, ensuring the good condition and preservation of physical structures. Works in both preventive and corrective maintenance, adhering to technical standards and occupational safety regulations. **Main Activities:** * Perform **masonry work**, such as laying bricks, blocks, and flooring; * Carry out **repairs on walls**, fences, floors, claddings, and damaged structures; * Execute **renovations in bathrooms, kitchens, façades, and other areas**, according to project specifications or technical instructions; * Perform **plaster reapplication, concrete pouring, and grouting**; * Prepare **mortars, concrete, and other materials** used in the work; * Conduct **partial demolitions** of structures when necessary; * Install or repair **fixtures and finishes**, such as baseboards, countertops, ceramic tiles, and wall tiles; * Assist in the **assembly and disassembly of scaffolding**, following safety procedures; * Support minor **plumbing and electrical installations**, when required for project execution; * Maintain **organization, cleanliness, and upkeep** of work sites and tools; * Strictly comply with **safety regulations**, using required personal protective equipment (PPE) and reporting hazardous situations.
