Our goal is to expand our operations across the state, strengthening local partnerships. We are seeking a motivated and strategic BDR to expand our presence in **Barro Preto, Belo Horizonte**. The professional will be responsible for prospecting clients, working on-site during business hours. **Responsibilities:** * Prospect qualified leads via phone, email, and social media; * Present the company’s solution and generate lead interest; * Schedule meetings for Commercial Executives; * Update and track contacts in the CRM (Ploomes experience is a plus); * Follow a structured lead qualification process. **Requirements:** * 1–2 years of experience as an SDR or in inside sales; * Excellent communication and negotiation skills; * Familiarity with CRM tools (Ploomes is a plus); * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields; * Proactive profile with strong goal orientation. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance / Food Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Attractive commission * Life insurance * Health and dental plans (available after 3 months of employment) * Continuous Training and Development (we invest in your professional growth!)
