Spreadsheet management and client guidance **Responsibilities:** * Work at an accounting firm, performing the following duties: * Support departmental activities; * Issue invoices according to demand; * Issue Certificates of Tax Compliance (CNDs); * Manage spreadsheets; * Monitor clients' tax status; * Answer questions and guide clients. **Education and Experience:** * Completed high school; no prior experience required. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel. * Previous roles as Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or Secretary may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. * Position located in the Cidade Nova neighborhood of Belo Horizonte / MG.
