Administer contracts and financial routines Colégio Unimaster Belo Horizonte/MG is seeking an Operations Manager for future hiring. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate, supervise, and guide activities across administrative, financial, and HR departments. * Coordinate general administrative activities, including enrollment processes, file management, school insurance, and others. * Stay updated on current School Legislation. * Coordinate work routines of the school’s cleaning, building maintenance, and reception teams, promoting integration among areas under responsibility. * Administer contracts signed with legal entities by the Institution, observing the following conditions: adjustments; validity periods; and fulfillment of obligations. * Manage financial sectors: accounts payable/receivable and collections; administrative sectors: warehouse, procurement, reception, building maintenance/cleaning, HR, and enrollment.
