Job Summary: DHO Analyst to develop people, strengthen organizational culture, and support leadership in strategic initiatives related to development, engagement, and performance. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a **DHO Analyst** to work on people development, strengthening organizational culture, and supporting leadership. The candidate will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives related to employee development, engagement, and performance. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct needs assessments for **Training and Development (T\&D)**. * Plan and monitor **employee and leadership capacity-building and development programs**. * Manage the **performance evaluation process**. * Develop and monitor **Individual Development Plans (IDPs)**. * Support initiatives to strengthen **organizational culture**. * Plan and monitor **organizational climate surveys** and engagement actions. * Develop **leadership, career, and succession programs**. * Support managers in **people management and team development**. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in **Psychology**. * Professional experience in the field with a **strategic focus**. * Knowledge of **performance evaluation and people development**. **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with or experience using the **Sólides platform**.
