Handles check\-in and check\-out processes, provides information, resolves inquiries, and assists with accommodation-related requests. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide in-person, telephone, and digital channel guest service. * Perform check\-in and check\-out procedures according to hotel standards. * Provide information about hotel services, operating hours, facilities, and local attractions. * Register reservations, modifications, and cancellations in the system. * Manage and organize guest documentation and registration forms. * Route guest requests to the appropriate departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, etc.). * Receive payments and verify accounts when necessary. * Maintain organization and professional appearance of the front desk. * Address and resolve any incidents that may arise, always aiming for guest satisfaction. Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
