Organized work environment focused on safety JOB: PRODUCTION HELPER / CONSTRUCTION HELPER We are hiring a **Helper** to work at the **factory and/or industrial construction sites**, supporting assembly, boiler-making, and welding teams. This position is ideal for those who wish to **work, learn, and grow in the industrial field**. Your responsibilities will include: * Assisting with **sector organization and material preparation**; * Sorting tools and parts; * Supporting assemblers, boilermakers, and welders; * Safely transporting parts and materials; * Keeping the workplace **clean, organized, and safe**; * Correctly following **safety regulations and PPE usage guidelines**. *(Tasks may vary depending on the factory or construction site and the Helper’s level.)* Requirements * Completed high school education; * Willingness to work and learn; * Commitment to schedules, safety, and discipline; * Availability for **on-site work**; * For construction sites: availability for travel (when required). **No prior experience is required for Helper I.** Experience in industry, construction, or metallurgy is a plus.
