The shift schedule follows a 5x2 pattern, ensuring rotating days off between Monday and Friday, plus one weekend day off—either Saturday or Sunday—on a rotating basis. During weekdays, working hours are from Monday to Friday, 12:42 PM to 10:30 PM, including a 30-minute intraday break and an additional 30-minute break at the end of the shift, as stipulated by the collective bargaining agreement. On weekends, shifts run from 8:40 AM to 6:30 PM, with a one-hour meal and rest break. The Cook will be responsible for preparing dishes and recipes, organizing and supervising kitchen operations, coordinating pre-preparation and finalization of food items, maintaining hygiene and quality control, and supporting inventory management and overall workplace efficiency. It is essential to work in an organized and agile manner, ensuring all dishes are served with excellence and in accordance with the cafeteria’s standards. ### **Prerequisites** For this position, we seek professionals with proven experience working as a Cook in restaurant kitchens, who demonstrate responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to collaborate effectively within a dynamic and demanding team environment are essential. ### **Benefits** The average monthly salary is R$ 2,848.00, comprising R$ 1,998.00 in fixed wages and approximately R$ 850.00 in tips.
