Job Summary: Bar Manager responsible for operational supervision, team management, inventory control, customer service, and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive operational management of the bar * **Operational Management:** Supervises bar opening and closing procedures, maintains cleanliness and organization, and ensures facility maintenance. * **People Management:** Recruits, trains, schedules, motivates, and disciplines bartenders and support staff. * **Inventory and Procurement Management:** Controls beverage and supply inventory, places orders with suppliers, negotiates pricing, and minimizes waste. * **Customer Service and Marketing:** Ensures a positive customer experience, handles complaints, develops drink menus, and participates in marketing strategies. * **Compliance:** Ensures adherence to health, safety, and alcohol sales legislation. ***NOTE: MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.*** ***SCHEDULE: 6 DAYS ON, 1 DAY OFF.*** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: R$3,000\.00 \- R$4,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
