Job Summary: Responsible for preparing and serving beverages, organizing the bar, and maintaining hygiene and food safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare and serve various beverages according to the establishment's standards. 2. Keep the bar organized and well-stocked, maintaining hygiene. 3. Monitor beverage inventory and comply with food safety regulations. Prepare juices, cocktails, draft beer, coffee, and other beverages according to the establishment's standards; Set up, organize, and restock the bar before restaurant opening; Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked countertops and preparation areas throughout the shift; Sanitize glasses, utensils, dishware, and bar equipment; Monitor beverage, supply, and support material inventory, requesting replenishment as needed; Comply with food safety, hygiene, and food and beverage handling regulations; Maintain professional appearance and uphold the restaurant's service standards.
