Join our team and contribute to the success of our bakery! **Job Responsibilities:** * Prepare sweet and savory doughs according to technical specifications; * Carry out fermentation, shaping, and baking processes; * Operate equipment such as mixers, rollers, dough shapers, and ovens; * Perform cutting, filling, and finishing tasks according to visual standards; * Clean utensils, equipment, and work areas; * Store finished products and raw materials properly; * Check expiration dates and quality of ingredients used; * Comply with food safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Collaborate with the team in organizing production and meeting deadlines. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of baking, fermentation, and equipment operation; * Agility, organization, adherence to schedules and standards; * Attention to detail, discipline, and responsibility; * Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude within the team; * Ability to work standing up and perform light-to-moderate physical effort; * Minimum six months of hands-on baking experience, including practical knowledge of fermentation and dough-shaping techniques; * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule.
