Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Bakery Assistant to join our bread production team, providing comprehensive support to baking operations and ensuring daily quality and workflow. Safe and efficient handling of equipment We are hiring a **Bakery Assistant** to join our packaged bread production team (e.g., kneaded bread, sandwich bread, and similar products). The professional will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the baking team, ensuring daily production flow and quality. Main Duties and Responsibilities: * **Operational Support in Production:** Actively participate in preparation stages, dough handling, and product finishing, as directed by the Baker. * **Equipment Handling:** Operate bakery machinery and equipment (e.g., mixers, dividers, molders, etc.) safely and efficiently. * **Cleaning and Organization:** Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of machinery, utensils, and work areas, adhering strictly to hygiene and food safety standards (GMP — Good Manufacturing Practices). * **Input Control:** Assist in weighing and sorting ingredients and raw materials. * **Other Tasks:** Provide support for various tasks that ensure organization and smooth operation of the production department. Requirements: * Prior experience as a Bakery Assistant or in food production/handling is a plus. * Proactivity, attention to detail, and agility in task execution. * Ability to stand for extended periods and perform moderate physical effort.
