YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: * **Production Planning and Management** + Plan, schedule, and monitor production according to demand, deadlines, and installed capacity. + Ensure adherence to production plans, adjusting priorities as necessary. + Monitor performance indicators (productivity, efficiency, waste, OEE, rework). * **People Management and Leadership** + Coordinate supervisors, team leaders, and operational teams. + Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, foster development, and manage performance. + Promote a safe, disciplined workplace aligned with internal policies. * **Occupational Safety** + Ensure compliance with safety regulations (NRs), proper use of PPE, and sound operational practices. + Collaborate with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) to prevent accidents and reduce risks. * **Quality and Continuous Improvement** + Ensure processes meet technical specifications and quality standards. + Lead continuous improvement initiatives, cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and process optimization. + Address root causes of non-conformities and implement corrective action plans. * **Resource Management** + Control and request materials, equipment, and tools required for production. + Assess preventive and corrective maintenance needs in coordination with Engineering/Maintenance. * **Communication and Reporting** + Prepare and present production performance reports to senior management. + Participate in strategic meetings and collaborate with departments such as Production Planning & Control (PCP), Quality, Engineering, Procurement, and HR. + Ensure clear communication across shifts and departments. * **Compliance and Processes** + Ensure adherence to internal procedures, technical standards, and applicable legislation. + Implement new production processes, training programs, and operational standards.
