**Job Description** **This position requires on-site work in Contagem \- Minas Gerais** **Who will you work with?** Wabtec has an excellent opportunity for an Operator I, supporting production and logistics processes in accordance with quality and safety guidelines and metrics. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** High school diploma or equivalent **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Perform low-complexity tasks per technical instructions from the area, such as: * General disassembly; * Cleaning and preparation of parts; * General assembly not requiring torque control; * Reading Process Instructions; * Transacting materials in the system; * Collecting and sorting materials; * Assembling kits; * Receiving and allocating materials; * Shipping materials to internal and external customers; * Completing daily process and quality control reports as defined by the Quality department. * Organizing and preparing the workplace according to the activity to be performed, following process instructions and EHS guidelines. * Contributing ideas and implementing process improvements — Kaizen Program * Adhering to integrity and Compliance guidelines, as well as company EHS standards and procedures. * Ensuring proper storage conditions for materials to prevent deterioration and loss. **Benefits:** At Wabtec, people come first.
