Responsibilities and Duties * Customer service; * Engagement with the digital world, especially social media; * Knowledge of and inspiration from the fashion industry; * Focus on goals and objectives (quotas and KPIs); * Customer loyalty and post\-sale execution; * Maintaining an organized store environment; * Ensuring restocking of items in the sales floor; * Applying, when necessary, the guidelines provided by VM and Fashion Production. * Teamwork; Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education; * Strong communication skills and good interpersonal relationships; * Prior experience in the role is desirable; * Flexible working hours.
