Join us!** We seek a professional to serve as ITPL (Integrated Test Plan Leader), responsible for consolidating and managing the vehicle’s integrated test plan throughout the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and consolidate the vehicle validation plan; * Ensure integration of testing activities across departments; * Monitor test execution (bench, laboratory, and vehicle); * Track results, failures, and re\-tests, ensuring product maturity; * Identify risks and propose action plans to meet deadlines; * Lead technical meetings and report project status to management; * Ensure alignment with the program schedule up to SOP. ### **Requirements** * Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive, or related fields); * Experience in validation and testing within the automotive sector; * Experience in Product Development Process (PDP); * Experience in project management and cross-departmental coordination; * Advanced English (for global interaction). ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in Stellantis / OEM environments; * Familiarity with test and validation management tools; * Experience in build phases (Mule, prototypes, pre\-series). ### **Additional Information** * On-site work in Betim/MG * Dynamic environment with global team interaction **What We Offer** * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Daycare Assistance; * Maternity and Paternity Leave; * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * Flexible Working Hours.
