As a Senior Sales Executive, you will build long-term relationships with customers, understand their needs, and ensure product availability and visibility of Nestlé products at the point of sale, while fulfilling standard sales routines and executing company strategies to achieve profitability and operational excellence. **YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES...** * Manage and monitor monthly performance (Sell-in/Sell-out), ensure profitability, sales phasing, customer stock days, the 30/60/90-day strategy, and innovations; * Support implementation of the JVC/Commercial Plan by understanding customer needs and realities, ensuring its execution; * Ensure execution of Product Mix, Clustering, and Future Actions in coordination with the regional team; * Monitor the customer journey end-to-end (orders/portfolio, scheduling/delivery, current account, credit, and collections); * Guarantee execution of the Commercial Policy and maintenance of registered prices at the customer; * Understand and address daily impacts on the Advantage research study; * Monitor execution alongside the Merchandising team (customer visits, stock-out analysis, and promotional activities); * Participate in meetings with the Merchandising and Relationship teams, closely collaborating with these teams. **WHAT WILL CONTRIBUTE TO YOUR SUCCESS?** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Valid Category B driver’s license; * Willingness and ability to travel (mandatory); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); * Omnichannel mindset (ability to operate across physical and digital channels); * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and relationship management capabilities; * Knowledge of the customer channel market (preferred); * Familiarity with SAP/CRM/Scanntech (preferred).
