We are seeking a Welding Assistant to support activities related to preparation, assembly, and finishing of metal parts, ensuring organization, safety, and quality in production processes. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing materials and surfaces for welding (cleaning, grinding, cutting). * Support the welder in assembling and positioning parts. * Sort necessary tools and equipment for the job. * Perform finishing on welded parts (grinding, removal of spatter). * Organize the workplace, maintaining cleanliness and safety. * Follow safety regulations and proper use of PPE. ### **Requirements** * Completed elementary or high school education. * Industrial or metallurgical work experience is desirable. * Basic knowledge of welding is a plus. * Proactivity, organizational skills, and willingness to learn. ### **Benefits** * Transportation allowance or fuel reimbursement (no payroll deduction); * Overtime hours paid with statutory premiums within the same month; * On-site parking; * Life insurance; * Breakfast and afternoon coffee provided by the company; * Health and dental plans available after probation period
