Responsibilities * Assisted in coordinating kitchen operations during the night shift * Supervised cooks and kitchen assistants * Ensured consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all dishes * Organized production workflows and task distribution among team members * Monitored food preparation times and order dispatch timelines * Maintained kitchen organization, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards * Assisted in minimizing waste and optimizing ingredient usage * Supported staff training and guidance Requirements * Proven experience in professional kitchen environments * Prior leadership or team coordination experience is preferred * Strong organizational skills, agility, and accountability * Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team Schedule **06x01** rotating schedule – Night shift Hours: 4:20 PM to 12:20 AM Compensation Salary: **R$ 2\.900,00** Night shift allowance per applicable legislation Benefits: Monthly food basket \+ mobility allowance \+ shuttle service dropping employees off at home after shift Payment: R$2\.900,00 \- R$3\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Life insurance * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * This position is for the night shift (4:20 PM to 12:20 AM).
