We seek a professional who serves customers requiring technical services—specifically automotive technical assistance—and identifies their needs in a specialized manner. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Handle after-sales customer service, receiving vehicles for maintenance or repair, clarifying doubts, and providing technical support regarding required services. * Prepare and present detailed budgets for services and parts to be used in repairs or maintenance, clearly and accurately explaining each item to the customer. * Monitor workshop service progress, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met, while keeping the customer informed of the status. * Verify completed services and deliver vehicles to customers, explaining performed repairs and ensuring satisfaction. * Efficiently address customer complaints and inquiries, proposing solutions to potential issues and ensuring customer loyalty. * Maintain constant communication with the mechanic team and workshop management, ensuring alignment between diagnostics and services provided. * Offer additional services and maintenance packages, aiming to optimize the customer experience and increase company revenue. * Ensure all procedures and services comply with quality and safety standards established by the manufacturer and dealership. #### **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Technical or higher education in Automotive Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields is a plus. * CNH: National Driver’s License (Category B). * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers, explaining technical terms in accessible language. * Proactive, results-oriented profile, focused on customer satisfaction. * Experience in customer service within technical areas of the automotive sector (workshops, services, after-sales) is a plus. #### **Benefits:** * [Include benefits offered by the operation]
