Job Summary: Internship in Architecture or Civil Engineering, focusing on approval of real estate development projects and construction legalization. Key Highlights: 1. Desirable experience in approving real estate development projects. 2. Handling construction legalization and liaison with public agencies. 3. Monitoring projects and construction to ensure achievement of company targets. Description: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and SketchUp (desirable). Currently enrolled in an Architecture or Civil Engineering program. Desirable practical experience in project approval within residential real estate development and/or construction. Desirable: knowledge of real estate developments targeting low-income populations; familiarity with Belo Horizonte and RMBH legislation (Master Plan, Land Division Law, Land Use and Occupation Code, Building Code, environmental regulations regarding tree cutting and compensation, interventions in APPs [Permanent Preservation Areas], area contamination, deactivations, and intervention measures). Desirable: knowledge of real estate developments targeting low-income populations and land area rectifications. * Prepare and request documentation required to file legalization and inspection processes with concessionaires/autarchies/public agencies, aiming for municipal acceptance of construction works — a process culminating in issuance of the Housing Letter. * Monitor project/construction status with managers and forecast their completion timelines for filing and inspection, ensuring achievement of company targets. * Monitor and track acceptance of counterpart projects/constructions. * Maintain positive relationships with inspectors and representatives of autarchies, respecting the Company’s interests and policies. * Request proposals, monitor contract execution, and record contract awards. * Register suppliers, record, and process invoices related to this area. 251102020223796516
