Job Summary: Lead the FP&A and controllership function, transforming data into decision support for executive leadership in a regulated and growing environment. Key Highlights: 1. As Head of Finance / FP\&A, you will be responsible for structuring and leading the company’s entire FP\&A and controllership function—from budget planning to forecasting and performance analysis—transforming data into actionable decision support and serving as the direct financial reference for executive leadership, within a regulated and growing environment. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Leading the annual budget cycle by department and brand, including periodic reviews, monthly rolling forecasts, and scenario analysis; * Monthly analysis of budget vs. actuals, with deviation analysis by department and brand, performance review rituals with managers, and action plans addressing deviations; * P\&L modeling, brand-level profitability, margins, costs, promotional impact, and unit economics of operations; * Monthly management closing, integrating accounting, accounts payable, and procurement routines; standardization of chart of accounts, cut\-off procedures, and reconciliations; internal controls and segregation of duties; quality and traceability of financial information; * Executive reporting, dashboards, reports, and decision-support information for the CEO and CFO; * Preparation of information, analyses, models, and materials supporting the CEO’s decisions and priorities, aligned with the CFO’s functional guidelines and direction; * Liaison with Compliance on financial reporting (SIGAP/SPA\-MF) and monitoring of sector-specific tax matters. **REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering; * Postgraduate degree / MBA in Finance or Controllership (CRC certification is a plus); * Extensive experience in finance, particularly in controllership and FP\&A; * Experience in high-volume, regulated sectors (e.g., iGaming, fintech, payment methods, telecom, or insurance); * Leadership, process building, executive communication, and financial modeling skills; * Knowledge of BI tools and ERP systems is a plus. **Diversity strengthens us!** If you are a person with a disability, our opportunities await you. **Join our team!**
