Job Summary: BTS, through Witplan, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to manage procurement and service contracting processes, with a focus on optimizing costs and timelines in civil construction. Currently, the group includes two additional companies, each focused on verticalizing strategic areas: **Witplan**, responsible for construction execution, and **Proxy**, a company dedicated to asset management post-construction, operating in both Asset and Property management. **This position is specifically for collaboration with Witplan.** We are looking for a **Supply Chain Analyst** to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience in procurement and service contracting workflows (order receipt, quotation, negotiation, production follow-up). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and enhance relationships with suppliers of materials and services; * Proactively prospect new suppliers of products and services; * Study and ensure thorough understanding of the business, products, materials, and services to effectively negotiate with suppliers; * Qualify and approve suppliers; * Ensure lowest cost without compromising delivery timelines or item quality; * Guarantee supplier delivery timelines; * Maintain close contact with the operations team to ensure accurate understanding of orders and/or services, and timely execution of the procurement workflow. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Technical Course in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in civil construction. * Technical Skills: Familiarity with SIENGE software (preferred) * Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, responsibility, organization, attention to detail, and proactivity. **Additional Information** * **Location:** Belo Horizonte * **Employment Type:** Full-time CLT contract, on-site; * **Benefits:** Meal allowance R$ 700.00 \+ Transportation allowance R$ 500.00 (Caju), Health insurance (co-payment), Dental insurance, Life insurance, and Wellhub. * Opportunity for professional learning and development; * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Opportunity for career growth within the company. **BTS** is a company specialized in real estate project development, focused on meeting our clients’ demands in every detail.
