Job Summary: Responsible for the strategic management of material procurement, ensuring competitiveness, contractual compliance, risk mitigation, and value generation for the business, acting as the interface with technical areas, projects, and operations. Development of new suppliers and contract negotiation Responsible for the strategic management of material procurement, ensuring competitiveness, contractual compliance, risk mitigation, and value generation for the business. Acts as the interface with technical areas, projects, and operations, leading complex negotiations, managing critical suppliers, conducting market analysis, and implementing process and KPI improvements. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your day-to-day will include:** * Following a negotiation calendar, executing Strategic Sourcing for the materials category; * Assessing the internal market and managing contracts with service providers; * Evaluating Global Sourcing opportunities; * Playing a strategic role in company-wide cost reduction (TCO) and savings, while maintaining operational performance and service levels; * Mapping and developing new suppliers, negotiating and drafting contracts; * Analyzing prices, scenarios, and KPIs. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree preferably in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency. * Negotiation expertise; analytical profile; strong communication skills; proactivity; resilience; ability and willingness to work collaboratively; commitment; responsibility; and ease in decision-making, conflict resolution, and adaptation to change. **Desired Competencies:** * Prior experience in high-volume negotiations and negotiations within the Materials category; * Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain is a plus. * Advanced English is a plus. * Leadership profile is desirable. **Additional Information** **What You’ll Receive:** * Market-competitive salary; * **Meals:** Flexible Meal Benefit (VR); * **Health and Well-being:** Health insurance and dental plan; * **Mobility:** Transportation allowance; * **Fitness Incentive:** TotalPass; * **Partner Company Discounts:** Allya; * **Work Modality:** 100% on-site; * **Benefits:** As per collective labor agreement; * And much more! **Interested?
