Professional responsible for monitoring and tracking trips, managing claims, attending to customers, and analyzing data to continuously improve operations.

**Your Responsibilities**
* Monitor and track trips, ensuring operational safety and smoothness;
* Handle claim-related matters — losses, damages, and incidents — from identification through resolution;
* Provide proactive and reactive customer support to clients, partners, and suppliers, offering guidance on monitored and tracked trips;
* Track and consolidate operational KPIs (SLA, incidents, productivity, and quality) to support decision-making;
* Analyze operational data, identify deviations and improvement opportunities, and generate reports for relevant departments;
* Operate internal monitoring and risk management systems (SGR, Rastrear 4\.0, and SIL).
**What We Expect From You**
* Completed high school education (ongoing or completed undergraduate degree in logistics or related fields is a plus);
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and BI tools for data analysis and KPI development;
* Availability to work on a 5x2 schedule, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.;
* Analytical, organized, and proactive profile, with energy, initiative, and a strong drive to deliver results.

**Work Format**
* + CLT employment contract, on-site work
+ 5x2 schedule (Monday to Friday), from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
