The professional will interface with internal and external departments, coordinating shipments and customs clearance, ensuring all commercial and financial processes related to foreign trade are correctly executed. **Responsibilities:** * Handle import and export operations, ensuring adherence to deadlines and compliance with customs regulations; * Negotiate freight and insurance terms with carriers and freight forwarders; * Coordinate customs clearance, working closely with customs brokers and freight forwarders; * Verify process closure, including foreign exchange and organization of international payments; * Interface with accounting and finance departments, justifying resource requirements and monitoring entries; * Report to analysts and supervisors on shipment status and relevant events; * Maintain comprehensive control and documentation of foreign trade processes; * Support identification of opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. **Requirements for this position:** * Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields; * Experience in import and export operations; * Knowledge of foreign exchange processes, international payments, and customs documentation; * Negotiation skills with suppliers and carriers; * Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills; Advanced/Fluent English (Mandatory) * **Benefits?
