Work model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite Location: Osasco – SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Senior Product Analyst, you will work within the Vehicle Claims Management unit, and your main responsibilities will include: * Mapping our customers’ end-to-end journey and identifying pain points and opportunities; * Leading customer-focused process improvement initiatives; aligning and coordinating stakeholders to execute these initiatives; * Understanding goals and priorities related to KPIs—both operational and financial; * Providing customer interaction insights to influence and facilitate decision-making; * Preparing product insights that guide business decisions and influence delivery outcomes; * Deriving actionable insights and building user journeys from our quantitative and qualitative support data; * Deeply analyzing complex problems to identify root causes and potential solutions; * Optimizing global processes for gathering, scoping, and prioritizing product requests. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Experience working with data; * Experience managing projects; * Experience in customer service.
