Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and analytical Senior Financial Analyst to structure and optimize the finance department, control processes, and generate insights for decision-making. Identify improvements in financial processes **Position: Senior Financial Analyst** **Location: Gutierrez – Belo Horizonte/MG** **Work Model: On-site** **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, business hours** **Compensation: R$ 4,000 to R$ 5,000 (CLT)** **About the Role:** We seek a hands-on professional with strong analytical insight to structure and ensure predictability in the finance function. The company operates leanly and requires process organization, effective cash flow control, and reliable information generation for decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute and control accounts payable and accounts receivable routines. * Perform bank reconciliations and ensure balance accuracy. * Structure and monitor actual and projected cash flow. * Organize and execute the payment schedule, ensuring correct prioritization. * Manage delinquency control and follow-up on receivables. * Interface with suppliers for negotiation of payment terms and financial matters. * Support monthly financial closing with managerial reports. * Develop and monitor basic financial KPIs. * Gather data to support decision-making. * Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements in financial processes. * **Requirements:** * Proven experience in generalist finance roles. * Experience with cash flow management, reconciliations, and operational routines. * Knowledge of financial management systems (ERP). * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Organized, analytical profile with strong sense of priority. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in small companies or in finance function setup. * Experience in process organization and standardization.
