This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a solid and well-recognized corporate environment. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with emphasis on International Trade, International Trade, or International Relations; * Must stay updated through courses and training in the field; * Proactive profile, eager to learn and develop new skills; * Professional aligned with the company’s vision and committed to achieving positive results. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and monitor the entire import and export process, ensuring efficient execution through to shipment completion; * Verify and prepare documents required for international operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy; * Prospect new customers and suppliers, strengthening strategic partnerships and expanding business opportunities; * Manage internal departmental spreadsheets and reports, providing consolidated and supportive information to the Executive Board; * Analyze market trends to support strategic decision-making; * Identify promising markets and expansion opportunities, contributing to the company’s growth and competitiveness. **Preferred Qualifications:** * In-depth knowledge of the Customs Regulation legislation, including analysis of import/export documents (Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List), Incoterms, and Fiscal Classification; * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Prior experience in this role.
