**Growth Analyst** We are seeking a strategic **Marketing Analyst**, analytical-minded and business-oriented, to work directly with company leadership in defining and executing growth strategies. This person will be responsible for aligning marketing with commercial goals, strengthening brand presence, and driving results through performance-based actions and digital campaigns. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with partners and commercial leaders to align marketing strategies and objectives with business expansion. * Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure focus on performance, targets, and high-impact deliverables. * Monitor performance metrics, interpret data, and propose continuous improvements based on market trends. * Identify new commercial opportunities by exploring lead-generation channels and innovative approaches to attract customers and reinforce brand authority. * Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including paid traffic, inbound/outbound marketing, sales funnels, content, and strategic partnerships. * Coordinate performance-oriented initiatives aimed at generating business and strengthening digital presence. * Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, presenting analyses and growth insights. * Conduct a diagnostic assessment of the current marketing landscape and develop an action plan focused on performance and customer acquisition. **Requirements** * Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. * Proven experience in digital marketing, inbound/outbound marketing, and performance-driven strategies. * Proficiency in sales funnel metrics and tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketing automation platforms. * Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented mindset. * Leadership capability, assertive communication skills, and alignment with organizational culture. **Benefits:** **Working hours: Monday to Friday — 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM** **Meal voucher + Health insurance + Dental insurance + Birthday day off + 1 remote work day per week.** **Location: Central region of Belo Horizonte (BH).** Job type: Full-time, CLT employment Compensation: R$3,500.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Education allowance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance
