This individual will be responsible for strengthening our digital presence, producing relevant content, and supporting the commercial initiatives that drive the company’s day-to-day operations. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys practical problem-solving, and maintains consistent output. **Responsibilities** * Plan the editorial calendar with strategic themes aligned to the brand. * Create concise scripts and organize narratives for our content. * Produce simple visual assets using Canva or similar tools. * Assist in product photography and video recording, including behind-the-scenes footage and campaign materials. * Edit short videos for Reels and TikTok. * Write captions, call-to-actions, and conversion-oriented copy. * Monitor trends and adapt content to match the brand’s style. * Schedule posts, ensure consistent posting frequency, and respond to interactions as needed. * Collaborate closely with Marketing, E-commerce, and Sales teams. * Analyze performance outcomes and propose data-driven continuous improvements. * Support event coverage, activations, and product launches. * Contribute to training sessions and capacity-building initiatives for retailers when required. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a Social Media professional. * Practical proficiency with Instagram and TikTok. * Ability to take high-quality photographs and record videos using a smartphone. * Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, and other basic editing tools. * Strong writing skills, aesthetic sensibility, and attention to detail. * Organizational skills to maintain consistency and an active content calendar. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in retail, fashion, or marketplace environments. * Experience managing online communities or digital customer service. * Ability to conduct brief interviews and record videos with retailers. * Capability to analyze metrics and propose higher-performing content.
