




Description: * High school diploma required. * Technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Business Management, Management Processes, or related fields is preferred; currently pursuing such a program is acceptable. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). * Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative and/or customer service roles. * Experience handling support tickets/cases or providing operational support is preferred. * Assist analysts in tracking customer interactions and follow-ups, ensuring all requests are completed accurately. * Collect and organize client information for departmental reports and analyses, maintaining up-to-date and accurate data. * Manage the distribution and tracking of customer satisfaction surveys and feedback, ensuring responses are handled appropriately. * Monitor internal processes and identify outstanding items, escalating them to the sales team or responsible analysts. * Perform administrative support activities for operations, such as system updates, spreadsheet management, and organizing relevant information for the team. * Contribute to standardizing internal processes and continuously improving customer service routines, with a focus on customer satisfaction and supporting the sales team. 2512030202191843797
