Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Controller to manage and plan maintenance activities, fleet control, and equipment inventory. Key Highlights: 1. Parts identification and material requisition We are looking for committed, organized, and proactive professionals to work as a **MAINTENANCE CONTROLLER** at our facilities. Job Description Responsibilities: * Control, record, and generate maintenance information in the ERP; plan activities by forecasting resources and labor; coordinate with the technical team; read technical catalogs to identify replacement parts; requisition parts; monitor asset availability; and report to immediate supervisors. * Generate data and information on vehicle fueling, tire, and maintenance expenses, as well as fleet availability and performance, via service orders in the system; * Record daily maintenance expenses in the system and spreadsheets, based on paid invoices related to fuel, tires, and maintenance (repairs, cleaning, and vehicle/machinery preservation), ensuring proper expense classification and correct allocation to cost centers; * Determine amounts payable for outsourced maintenance services, receive invoices, and forward them for payment; * Consolidate and generate monthly reports on tire consumption, fuel usage, maintenance costs, fleet availability, roadside assistance, and kilometers driven, to support the client's supplier qualification program; * Consolidate and format maintenance cost information by item for presentation in branch performance review meetings; * Conduct equipment inventories and maintain vehicle documentation; * Submit material and parts purchase requests via the system for maintenance use, and perform other duties relevant to the position. Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and comfort with technology. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Mechanics.
