If you have an analytical mindset, enjoy challenges, and want to grow with us, this role is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor data link and telephony performance. * Perform remote testing and initial triage to identify potential failures. * Open and track support tickets; record information in systems; keep customers informed about recovery ticket progress. * Serve as the interface between customers and technical teams. * Escalate recurring issues from technical teams to expedite resolution. * Provide both inbound and outbound customer support; * Register tickets and keep them updated on recovery process status; * Handle support-related tasks such as troubleshooting, collecting detailed information about customer-encountered issues, and diagnosing problem nature—with focus on networks, telecommunications, routers, and switches. * Participate in conference rooms; * Facilitate customer site access when required; * Validate fault resolution with the customer; * Close tickets and ensure clarity regarding incident description, root cause, and corrective action taken; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proactivity * Clear diction * Strong communication skills * Text comprehension and proficiency in reading and writing * Experience working with targets and SLAs * Technical profile * Experience or knowledge in NOC * Knowledge of router and/or network configurations and commands * Knowledge and experience in Telecommunications, including troubleshooting * Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and Office Suite * Completed (or currently pursuing) undergraduate degree in Computer Networks, Telecommunications, or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience and knowledge in Telecommunications and related areas; basic router configuration and testing knowledge is a plus. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * **Meal Voucher: R$ 40.00 per workday** (only R$ 1.00 deducted from payroll) * Transportation Voucher **or** Fuel Allowance (only R$ 1.00 deducted from payroll) * Birthday Bonus * TotalPass * Life Insurance * Medical Assistance **Unimed**, effective after probation period (no monthly fee) * Dental Assistance **Uni\-odonto**, effective after probation period * **Working Hours:** 12x36 shift schedule, 6 AM to 6 PM, full and off weeks * **Compensation:** R$ **2\.435,07** * **Employment Type:** Permanent CLT contract **Join Mamtech Tecnologia!** We are continuously growing and seeking talented, innovation-driven individuals to join our team.
