Job Summary: The Distribution Assistant is responsible for analyzing and managing distribution processes, supporting the team, and interfacing with commercial departments and customers to optimize deliveries. Therefore, we invite you to explore this new development opportunity: **DISTRIBUTION ASSISTANT** We are seeking internal candidates for the Distribution Assistant position within the Distribution area for UO Mariana. **Responsibilities:** * Check sales orders in the SAP/R3 system and verify stock shortages and unapproved orders, taking necessary actions; * Verify availability of cargo vehicles and support the routing team; * Analyze distribution area KPIs, interfacing directly with distribution coordinators; * Generate weekly reports on the area and share them with teams; * Prepare the distribution route schedule; * Interact with the commercial team to address discrepancies in sales orders; * Provide support to the distribution team regarding encountered difficulties (e.g., vehicle breakdowns, accidents, workplace incidents); * Interact with customers to address existing discrepancies in delivery and sales processes; * Lead and/or participate in weekly meetings with the distribution and commercial teams; Perform other related duties. * **Requirements:** **Education:** Completed high school; undergraduate studies in progress preferred. **Technical Skills:** Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP required. Driver's license Category B preferred.
