Our mission is to serve our customers well, and we are looking for a **Baker** to manufacture our product mix at our **Camargos Neighborhood store in Belo Horizonte.** **ATTENTION! Our bakery is located near the Eldorado metro station. Areas closest to our store: Barreiro, Ibirité, Nova Contagem, Betim, Icaivera, Coração Eucarístico, Cabana, Eldorado, Água Branca, Madre Gertrudes, João Pinheiro, Santa Maria, Vila Oeste, Cidade Industrial, Parque São João, Novo Retiro, Darcy Ribeiro.** **Your responsibilities will include:** * Receiving daily Production Orders specifying manufacturing requirements; * Requesting required raw material quantities from inventory; * Preparing equipment and baking bread by weighing, measuring, and adding ingredients into machinery (mixer and mixer); * Loading ovens for dough baking; * Using appropriate tools and equipment (knives, "mixer", laminators, molders, ovens, refrigerators, scales, and other resources) to perform tasks while maintaining organization and ensuring their proper condition; * Maintaining order and cleanliness of the workplace and tools—removing trash and waste, sanitizing floors, surfaces, and used utensils, etc.; * Discarding products unfit for consumption; * Cleaning the sector, machines, and equipment; * Assisting in training and development of new employees; * Providing customer service, clarifying and addressing customer inquiries when necessary; * Ensuring proper use of tools and equipment, and wearing personal protective equipment; * Participating in internal and external meetings and training sessions whenever requested and/or for updates and capacity building; * Working conscientiously to avoid waste; **What we expect from you (requirements, experience, soft and hard skills):** · Be over 21 years old. · Completed or currently pursuing high school education; · Availability to work the shift: 5:00 AM to 12:50 PM; · Prior experience as a baker is desirable; · Ability to work in a team, manual dexterity, punctuality, adherence to work procedures, responsibility, and compliance with hygiene and cleaning rules. **What we offer:** · **Compensation: R$ 2500** · Co-participatory Unimed health plan · Dental plan · Pharmacy discount program · Snack Employment type: Direct hire (CLT) Salary: R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
