Job Summary: Proactive Registration Analyst with excellent communication skills, responsible for onboarding, preliminary credit assessments, and end-to-end management of the registration pipeline within a receivables discount marketplace. Differentiation through experience with FIDC and Securitization poenatela is a credit marketplace for receivables discounting, featuring an integrated ecosystem of companies, independent agents, and financial partners (FIDCs and Securitization firms). The key differentiator lies in commercial relationship management, complemented by technology supporting the business. Therefore, the Registration Analyst must demonstrate proactivity and strong verbal communication skills, as well as technical knowledge of registration and credit procedures, given the constant interaction with all stakeholders. Responsibilities * Conduct company registration onboarding * Maintain a centralized registration repository * Perform preliminary credit assessments to support the commercial funnel using credit bureaus * Provide advisory support to commercial agents to expedite the registration process * Interact with financial partners for company credit approval * Regularly update the company registration repository * Oversee the entire registration pipeline, from initial commercial prospecting through to credit approval by financial partners * Support the operations team daily on matters related to partner system access and company registration updates. Qualifications * Flexibility and proactivity * Ability to perform basic analysis of credit documentation for validation against the registration checklist * Basic computer literacy (Windows/Email/Spreadsheets/Documents) * Experience with Google Workspace products is a plus (Google Drive/Gmail/Sheets/Docs) * Experience in the FIDC and Securitization segment is a plus
