Job Summary: A professional responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, electrical and hydraulic installations, and general minor repairs to ensure a safe environment. Key Highlights: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities. 2. Handle electrical, hydraulic, and general minor repairs. 3. Ensure workplace safety and organization. Regularly inspect equipment and facilities Clean and adjust machinery, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems Prevent failures before they occur Corrective maintenance Repair issues when something breaks Replace damaged parts Resolve electrical, hydraulic, or structural failures Electrical work Replace light bulbs, circuit breakers, and outlets Inspect wiring and potential short circuits Ensure lighting and equipment are functioning properly Hydraulic work Fix leaks Unclog sinks, drains, and toilets Maintain faucets and piping General minor repairs Paint walls Adjust doors, locks, and furniture Repair floors and shelves Equipment and climate control Clean and maintain air conditioning units Inspect freezers and refrigerators (common in supermarkets) Organization and safety Ensure the environment is safe for customers and employees Identify hazards (exposed wires, leaks, etc.) Comply with safety regulations Control and recordkeeping Document completed services Report equipment replacement needs Track maintenance requests **Benefits** * Transportation allowance or commuter pass * On-site meals * In-store purchase incentive bonus * Additional time off per internal policy Employment type: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent/CLT Compensation: R$2.700,00 - R$3.100,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Fuel allowance * Free parking * Commuter pass Work location: On-site
