Job Summary: A maintenance professional responsible for electrical, hydraulic, and civil repairs; preventive inspections; and technical support, in compliance with safety regulations. Technical support and organization of tools and materials * **Electrical and Hydraulic Maintenance:** Replacing light bulbs, ballasts, switches; unclogging sinks/drains; repairing simple leaks. * **Minor Civil Repairs:** Wall painting; tile, plaster, and ceiling repairs; maintenance of doors, windows, and locks. * **Preventive Maintenance and Inspection:** Conducting periodic inspections to anticipate failures and maintain good condition, including cleaning water tanks. * **Technical Support:** Assisting electricians, plumbers, and air-conditioning technicians on complex tasks, as well as organizing tools and work materials. * **Safety and Organization:** Adhering to occupational safety regulations (e.g., NR-06, NR-24) and isolating areas under maintenance.
