Record activities, identify issues, and serve customers **Job Responsibilities** The **Air Conditioning Technician** will be responsible for performing **preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning systems**, ensuring full equipment functionality, service quality, and user safety. **Main responsibilities:** * Perform **preventive maintenance** on evaporative coolers, air conditioners, and ventilation systems, following established checklists and technical standards. * Perform **corrective maintenance**, identifying failures, conducting diagnostics, and carrying out necessary repairs. * Conduct **periodic inspections** of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components, such as pumps, motors, filters, float switches, and electronic control boards. * Check and adjust **equipment operating parameters**, such as water level, airflow, and general operating conditions. * Perform **cleaning, sanitization, and replacement of parts** when required. * **Record all performed activities**, completing technical reports and maintenance logs. * **Identify and report potential structural issues or risks** observed during technical visits. * Adhere to **service deadlines and assigned routes**, ensuring efficiency and service quality. * Maintain **workplace safety**, correctly using PPE and complying with technical standards and company internal procedures. * Provide **courteous customer service**, advising on proper usage and maintenance of equipment when necessary.
