The role will be based onsite in Blumenau (headquarters) or São Paulo (branch), in a dynamic, collaborative, and constantly evolving environment. **Key Responsibilities:** Gather, document, and detail requirements for new features or improvements; Monitor the product lifecycle and delivery planning, ensuring scope clarity and alignment among squads and stakeholders; Transform ideas into clear, concise, and prioritized user stories; Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Commercial, and CX teams to build user-centered solutions; Monitor results and support data-driven decisions using metrics, feedback, and testing. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields; Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.); Experience in business analysis and functional requirement definition; Knowledge of management tools such as JIRA, Azure, or similar; Experience with Product Discovery and Go-to-Market. **WHAT COULD ENHANCE YOUR APPLICATION:** Experience with corporate benefits products (cards, flexible benefits, health, wellness); Knowledge of user experience and best practices for digital products; Data analysis skills for decision-making. **Why this role stands out:** At Wiipo, you won’t just “lead sales.” You’ll help build, influence Grupo Senior’s ecosystem, and shape the next chapters of a rapidly growing fintech.
