Job Summary: Perform operational tasks related to inventory control, movement, and organization, ensuring proper storage, picking, and verification of automotive parts. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate with the logistics team to improve internal workflows. **Job Objective:** Carry out operational activities related to inventory control, movement, and organization, ensuring correct storage, picking, and verification of automotive parts. Contribute to promptness and quality in order fulfillment and to the proper preservation of products. **Technical Requirements (Hard Skills):** * Basic understanding of logistics routines and inventory control; * Familiarity with automotive parts (desirable but not mandatory); * Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP/WMS systems); * Ability to operate simple material handling equipment, such as manual pallet jacks. * High school diploma or equivalent; * Prior experience in inventory, logistics, or other operational roles is considered an advantage. **Key Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and store parts and materials, verifying product integrity and correct identification; * Pick and pack items according to orders and established standards, ensuring accuracy and shipping quality; * Restock and organize inventory using methods such as FIFO and maintaining standardized layout; * Support periodic inventory counts and cycle counts, reporting discrepancies and inconsistencies; * Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the work environment and equipment; * Report damaged, non-conforming, or compromised-packaging parts to supervisors; * Collaborate with the logistics team to improve internal workflows and operational productivity.
