Develop engineering designs and technical specifications for asphalt pavement, CBUQ, rigid pavements, drainage systems, and earthworks. Supervise and inspect construction works to ensure compliance with technical specifications, schedules, and budgets. Conduct quality control of materials and executed services, performing inspections and laboratory tests. Manage on-site teams, coordinating professionals such as surveyors, site supervisors, and machine operators. Analyze earthwork designs to optimize cut-and-fill volumes and manage soil movement. Prepare technical reports and monitor construction performance indicators. Assess environmental impacts and implement mitigation measures. Liaise with suppliers for material procurement, request quotations, and control quality. Support site inspections for work phase approvals.
