We are seeking a professional with a technical, analytical profile and strong communication skills to monitor warranty processes, provide technical support to customers, and analyze engine failures. The professional will be responsible for ensuring proper handling of warranty claims with manufacturers, guaranteeing accuracy in analyses, eligibility assessments of processes, and adherence to deadlines. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and manage end-to-end warranty processes, from initiation to closure. * Conduct technical failure analysis, interpret evidence, and issue conclusive reports. * Validate documentation and information to determine warranty eligibility. * Prepare technical reports and analysis reports for internal support and manufacturers. * Monitor KPIs and indicators related to warranty, performance, and recurrence rates. * Maintain direct contact with customers for technical discussions, clarification of doubts, and alignment on warranty processes. * Interface with manufacturers regarding warranty processes and policy updates. * Provide technical input to related departments (Engineering, Services, Sales) during technical analyses and discussions. * **Requirements:** * **Technical education:** Completed Technical Course in Mechanics, Engines, or related fields. * **Higher education:** Currently pursuing an Engineering degree (any related field will be considered). * **Mandatory technical knowledge:** Diesel engines and fundamentals of failure analysis.
