**Responsibilities:** Carry out activities in the quality area, guide production regarding quality SOPs, prepare monitoring reports, inspect and coordinate maintenance of facilities and equipment, improve the quality management system through evaluation of data obtained from the production process and internal audits, perform quality control of packaging, finished products, raw materials, and environmental control, prepare monthly analysis reports and analysis certificates, prepare culture media for microbiological analyses, prepare non-conformance reports, handle consumer complaints, conduct quality audits in the process, analyze and respond to customer service complaints, collect samples and maintain the reference archive with traceability, perform stability testing of finished products or services, prepare documents, analytical methods, and specifications, keep the work area organized and clean, conducting audits.
