Essential Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience. * Advanced proficiency in Portuguese, with strong written and verbal communication skills. * Intermediate English proficiency for reading and interpreting technical documents. **?? Technical Competencies** * Solid experience in **Lean Manufacturing** and **Six Sigma**. * Experience with **Process Management** and **Continuous Improvement** tools. * Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, especially **Excel** and **Power BI**. * Knowledge of ERP systems and data analysis software. **??
